About the Consortium...
What We Do
The Summit County Area Human Resources Consortium Application System accepts
applications for certified, classified, and school administrative positions that are posted on the site.
After your application is received, districts will look for candidates with the
qualifications that match their requests for specific job opportunities. A
representative of that district will contact you if you are considered as a
candidate.
How It Works
Administrators from the member districts search the database of applicants to
fill certificated, administrative, and classified positions. The applicants need
to fill out an online application only once.
How Do I Apply?
Click on the job for which you wish to apply and complete the online application.
You may also fill out an application even if there are currently no posted jobs for which you want to apply.
You will have to choose a username and password. Then you will be asked for
general and background information as well as for your employment preferences.
If certificates or licenses are required, you may list them. When you are
finished you will receive an email response confirming that your application has
been received. If your situation changes or you wish to make changes to your
application you can return at any time, so remember your username and password.
To Which Schools Can I Apply?
The Summit County Area Human Resources Consortium is comprised of leading K-12
schools in the region in and around Summit County. The participating districts
wish to attract job candidates by making it easy to apply. To apply to districts NOT participating in TalentEd Recruit & Hire,

Application Information
Your application will be available to the districts you have selected. It is
best that your information is as complete as possible. If you did not complete
your application or you want to change it, you may return to it at any time. You
will need both your username and password to edit your application, so remember
them!
