SCESC 2014 Client Survey Results

In the spring of 2014, the Summit County ESC sent out an email to survey 131 of our clients. We feel fortunate to have received 50 responses (a 38% response rate).
The survey results are available in the attached document below.
The three major sections of the survey included.
- Evaluation of the SCESC as an agency.
- Evaluation of each department that were interacted with.
- Questions and comments regarding programming and services.
We at the Summit County ESC continually strive to improve our services and to better meet the needs of our districts and all of those we serve. If you have any additional questions or comments feel free to contact us. We'd love to hear from you!
